Innovation Management System – Practitioner Applied Training provides the fundamental principles of innovation, as well as strategies and tools, which enable the creation of appropriate innovation management systems.
During 5 weeks of virtual classes, application activities and the integration and presentation of a final innovation project, students will be able to Initiate Innovation projects and manage the various elements of a comprehensive Innovation System under the ISO 56002 – Innovation Management System.
