Universidade Portucalense has signed a memorandum of understanding with five European universities, which translates into a commitment to joint initiatives in the areas of education and research.
This alliance includes Wismar University of Applied Sciences (Wismar, Germany), Budapest Business School (Budapest, Hungary), ICN Business School (with centres in Nancy and Paris, France, and in Berlin, Germany), Krakow University of Economics (Krakow, Poland), and Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences (Tallinn, Estonia).
This strategic alliance, which is part of the promotion of the internationalisation of Universidade Portucalense, focuses mainly on the Business Sciences sector, but also covers areas such as Law, Tourism, and Digital Technologies.
With this memorandum, Universidade Portucalense expands its network of international partnerships and strengthens the possibilities for initiatives involving teachers, researchers, students, and staff.
At this meeting, which took place on 30 and 31 May in Budapest, Hungary, Universidade Portucalense was represented by a delegation made up of the Rector Fernando Ramos, the Director of the Department of Economics and Management, Shital Jayantilal, and the Coordinator of the Research Support Office, Catarina Morais.
