On 19 February, at 9.45am, Universidade Portucalense is holding a conference entitled “2 years of the Ukraine-Russia war: challenges and prospects”.
The initiative will bring together a group of professors and researchers, diplomats and military personnel for a scientific discussion of the theme in its main dimensions – historical, military, economic, diplomatic, legal and media.
