On 13 January, Instituto Jurídico Portucalense (IJP) is holding a colloquium entitled “Proceedings under the jurisdiction of the Public Prosecutor’s Office and Civil Registry Offices” at 5:30 pm in Auditorium 201.
The initiative stems from the work Processos da Competência do Ministério Público e das Conservatórias do Registo Civil (Proceedings under the jurisdiction of the Public Prosecutor’s Office and Civil Registry Offices), coordinated by Lurdes Varregoso Mesquita and Rossana Martingo Cruz.
The colloquium will feature Maria Manuela Magalhães Silva, Director of Instituto Jurídico Portucalense, Nuno Farias, Lurdes Varregoso Mesquita, researcher at IJP/UPT and lecturer at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto and Universidade Portucalense, J. P. Remédio Marques, lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and at Universidade Portucalense, Vitória Andrade e Silva, Benedita Loureiro, and Rossana Martingo Cruz, lecturer at the School of Law of the University of Minho and researcher at JusGov.
The session is open to the public.
