The Master in Tourism and Hospitality was important to learn new contents, but also to consolidate the subjects learned during the degree in Tourism. This master’s degree allows, as a final work of the 2nd year, to choose between internship, thesis or project. In my particular case, I chose the curricular internship, and I had the opportunity to do it in a hotel, in the animation department, in Lanzarote, in the Canary Islands, Spain. With the internship, I put into practice the contents I learned and improved my level of communication with hotel customers.
