A civil engineer by training, he has always had an interest in cooking, having done a number of internships to confirm his vocation. He is currently chef at Bacalhau Restaurant and owner of the restaurants Muro do Bacalhau and RO, in Porto. He is also a consultant in the area of cooking and frequently participates in gastronomic events, among other activities inherent to his profession.
