A civil engineer by training, he has always been interested in cooking, having carried out a number of internships to confirm his vocation. He is currently head chef at Restaurante Bacalhau and owner of the restaurants Muro do Bacalhau and RO, in Porto. He is also a consultant in the kitchen area and often participates in gastronomic events, among other activities inherent to his profession.
