Until 2008 he had the concession of several restaurants in the city of Porto, namely at the Serralves Foundation, the Palácio da Bolsa and the Freixo Marina, among others. In 2009 he began his connection to teaching, and is currently teaching at Universidade Portucalense, and other higher education institutions. He collaborates as a consultant in the catering area with Casa da Música and POPEATS, Portugal.
