Until 2008 he held the concession of various restaurants in the city of Porto, namely at the Serralves Foundation, the Bolsa Palace and the Marina do Freixo, among others. During this period he was also associated with the catering and events business with Heitor de Melo. In 2009 he started his teaching career, currently teaching at Universidade Portucalense, Zendensino and IPAM. He collaborates as a consultant in the catering area with Casa da Música and POPEATS, Portugal.
