Director of the Department of Tourism, Heritage and Culture and Director of the Conservation and Restoration Clinic at Universidade Portucalense. She has coordinated several research projects in the areas of Heritage, Culture and Tourism in collaboration with several European countries, the United States and Brazil. She has collaborated in several other projects for the valorisation of the Territory with City Councils and local bodies. As a researcher, she is part of several funded projects in Portugal and Spain. She has published several books, book chapters and articles centred around themes related to the territory.
