Since 1992 he has been Managing Partner of Viteno, a consulting company in Viticulture and Oenology, which provides services in the main demarcated regions of the country. He is a producer in the Douro region where he has several vineyards. Throughout his professional career, he has been a trainer and teacher in various training schools and higher education institutions in the areas of Winemaking, Sensory Analysis and Wine Service.
