The Management and Information Systems (currently Information Systems for Management) course at UPT has allowed me to explore the two main areas in which I have always had the most interest – management and technology, while applying the use of IT to business and the corporate world. It´s balanced curriculum allowed me to develop the foundations of management and accounting and financial analysis, and at the same time the skills of general programming and business process analysis skills.

This course helped me to enter the job market in what is one of the country’s leading retail companies in the country, where I am applying my knowledge and IT experience in a uman resources management team, being in direct contact with the company’s management processes through the information systems.
