
Vice-Rector for Education
He was born in Luanda in 1973. In 1975, he returned to Portugal, settling in Vila do Conde, where he completed his basic and secondary education until 1991. He then moved to Wales, in the United Kingdom, where he completed his PhD in Management at the University of South Wales in 2000, with a thesis entitled “Managing the Environmental Change Process”.
He began his professional career in 1992 as a Tax Assistant at Arthur Andersen. Between 1995 and 2000, he worked at William Battle Associates in the UK as a Senior Consultant and taught at the University of Glamorgan (1997-2000). After her PhD, she returned to Portugal, where she worked with companies such as Sonae Distribuição.
In 2009, she was invited to become Director of the Faculty of Economics and Business Sciences at the Lusíada University of Vila Nova de Famalicão. In 2014, she took over the leadership of the Faculty of the same name in Porto, holding both positions until September 2022.
In September 2023, she joined Universidade Portucalense Infante Dom Henrique as Associate Professor and Vice-Rector for Teaching. Additionally, she is a researcher at REMIT – Research on Economics, Management and Information Technologies. Her academic activity includes supervising and serving on juries for numerous master’s dissertations and doctoral theses, as well as publishing regularly in scientific journals and participating in international conferences.
She is still linked to the industry where she works as a business consultant, collaborating with William Battle Learning in the UK (since 2005) and Real Consulting in Angola (since 2012).
