Masterclass UPT Competition
The Masterclass UPT Competition involves several Secondary Education and Vocational Training schools, challenging students to record, through creative videos, recipes of Portuguese ritual cuisine, thus promoting awareness of the importance of gastronomy as a cultural resource with great impact on the country’s tourism. This initiative takes place within the scope of the Erasmus+ project “EURICA – Europe Ritual Cuisine: Presentation and Preservation”, in collaboration with the Department of Tourism, Heritage and Culture and the research centre REMIT.
