When we analyse the society in which we live, it is perfectly clear that the S.T. of Social Education is a professional whose work is essential with families at risk of social exclusion. It is a technician whose capacity to diagnose situations is fundamental in order to detect problems in society and therefore its integration in a multidisciplinary team is indispensable. More and more, and through its educational intervention strategies, the Social Education Teacher can promote change, favouring autonomy and social well-being. Based on concrete realities, we manage to build with individuals their life projects and ensure an inclusive society that promotes equality. The Social Education T. S. values each individual, each age group and promotes their participation and social insertion, providing each individual with strategies that allow them to develop their personal, social and professional skills.
